Ingredients

  • For the Coffee:
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • ½ cup milk or cream whole milk, half-and-half, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • For the Topping:
  • Whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • 1 –2 tablespoons caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling

Instructions

  • Brew and Chill the Coffee
  • Brew 1 cup of strong coffee. Let it cool to room temperature, then place it in the fridge until fully chilled.
  • Sweeten the Coffee
  • In a tall glass, mix the chilled coffee with sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add Milk or Cream
  • Pour in the milk or cream and stir to combine. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Add Ice
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes to keep the drink cold and refreshing.
  • Top with Whipped Cream & Caramel
  • Add a generous swirl of whipped cream. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for extra flavor.
  • Serve
  • Insert a straw or spoon, give it a gentle stir if desired, and enjoy immediately.
