Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (or 2 cups fresh spinach, cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions or water chestnuts for extra texture

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven (Optional):
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking the dip for a warm version.
  • Mix Ingredients:
  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Add Spinach:
  • Fold in the drained spinach (and optional add-ins like green onions or water chestnuts) until evenly distributed.
  • Serve Cold or Bake:
  • Cold Dip: Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Warm Dip: Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve:
  • Serve with bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before baking.
