110 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (or 2 cups fresh spinach, cooked and chopped)

1/2cupmayonnaise

1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
