Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless grapes red, green, or a mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Prepare Grapes: Wash and dry grapes thoroughly. Remove stems.
  • Make Creamy Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Coat Grapes: Gently fold grapes into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  • Chill: Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Top Salad: Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans for added crunch and sweetness.
  • Serve: Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or dessert.
