In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and optional blue cheese.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Spread mixture evenly into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust.
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly. Broil the last 1–2 minutes if you want the top more browned.
