Ingredients

  • 2 cups about 10–12 oz cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 8 oz 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup 120g buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
  • ½ cup 120g ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup 115g shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • Optional: ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onions or parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Ingredients:
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and optional blue cheese.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish:
  • Spread mixture evenly into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust.
  • Bake:
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly. Broil the last 1–2 minutes if you want the top more browned.
  • Garnish & Serve:
  • Garnish with sliced green onions or parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
