Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate or 8×8 baking dish.
Prepare the Bisquick Topping:
In another bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
Pour over the chicken mixture, spreading evenly.
Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
